Barre Classes
Barre is a low-impact, full-body workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Barre classes can improve balance, build strength, increase flexibility, and burn calories.
Private Reformer Sessions
A reformer session is a Pilates workout that uses a Reformer machine to buid strength, flexibility, and balance. A Reformer is a machine with springs, pulleys, a foot bar, and a carriage. You can lie, sit, or stand on the carriage while you target specific muscle groups during this guided session.
