Founder & CEO
J.C. Denton
After retiring as a police officer for the Missoula Police Department, J.C. saw there was a need to combine personal training, medical fitness, and nutrition all under one roof. After suffering a life changing injury on the job where he almost lost his leg, he started Healthspan Fitness and Nutrition in Missoula, Montana as a way to help people maximize their life. J.C. has always had a passion for fitness and health and he uses that to help people achieve their goals. J.C. is a certified personal trainer, certified nutrition coach, and has many other specialties. J.C. has a medical background and is certified through organizations such a NASM, Precision One, and ISSA. He enjoys working with clients and helping people achieve results and increase their healthspan through training, nutrition and medical fitness.

Stacey Riffe-Denton
Stacey Riffe Denton, APRN, CPNP-PC, FNP-C is a nurse practitioner with an interest
in preventive healthcare and hormone optimization.
For more than 18 years Stacey has worked as a nurse practitioner in a variety of
healthcare settings helping patients achieve healthcare goals with preventive medicine;
as well as manage complex chronic conditions.
She earned a master’s in nursing and Pediatric Nurse Practitioner degree from Texas
Woman’s University and a Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Montana State
University.
In 2022 she partnered with Biote Medical to provide subcutaneous hormone pellets to
patients.
She and her husband had a vision to provide a comprehensive health and wellness
business providing nutritional counseling, strength training and medicine to help
individuals achieve their goals. In 2023, Healthspan Nutrition and Fitness came to
fruition.
Stacey enjoys running and strength training; as well as walks with her husband and
puppy, Finn. Travelling to see family in Texas, Norway, Indiana and vacations to the
beach with their furbaby.

Jordan Behrman
After years of practicing yoga to help manage an auto-immune disorder, Jordan received her
RYT 200 in 2014 studying under Meg McCracken E-RYT 500 and Ashleigh Sergeant E-RYT
500. Since then, she has continued to expand her knowledge and teaching skills fueled by her
passion for helping others through health and wellness. She received her Relax & Renew
Restorative Yoga Certification with world-renowned teacher Judith Hanson Lasater, Ph.D., P.T., continued her studies in Yin Yoga with Joe Barnett E-RYT 500, completed her Mat Pilates
certification as well as Barre teacher-training. Most recently she completed Reformer Teacher
Training Lvl 1 & 2 in 2022. Jordan aims to help others find mental, emotional, and physical
improvement in their lives through self-awareness and mobility practices.
